Mr. Touseef Shafique is the Founder and Principal Counsel at Touseef Shafique & Co., a full-service law firm based in Islamabad. With a strong academic foundation from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and extensive hands-on legal experience, he is recognized for his dedication to justice, strategic thinking, and client-focused advocacy. As an Advocate of the High Court, enrolled with the Islamabad Bar Council, Mr. Touseef has earned a reputation for delivering effective legal solutions across a broad range of practice areas, including criminal law, civil litigation, harassment matters, family law, cybercrime, property disputes, tax law, and corporate advisory. He has successfully represented clients in complex criminal trials, bail petitions, and appellate proceedings before district and sessions courts. In civil matters, he has resolved disputes involving breach of contract, property rights, and recovery suits. He has handled workplace harassment cases under the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act before ombudspersons and inquiry bodies, and advised startups and established entities on SECP compliance, company formation, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings. Barrister Talha Ali Khawaja is a practicing criminal lawyer and legal academic, with a focus on trial litigation and justice sector reform. Called to the Bar of England and Wales through Lincoln's Inn, he has independently argued and drafted a wide range of criminal cases in Pakistan's courts. Mr. Talha currently also serves as a Research Associate at the Research Society of International Law (RSIL), where he works on criminal justice reform and human rights compliance. Alongside his practice, he teaches law at the undergraduate level and frequently appears as a legal expert on national media. His academic background includes an LLM in International Law, an MPhil in International Relations, and multiple publications on law, rights, and global policy.

Beginning his legal journey at the Federal Ombudsman for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH), he gained foundational expertise in workplace harassment laws and dispute resolution. He subsequently worked as a Legal Associate at the Digital Rights Foundation (DRF), where he engaged in advocacy and litigation concerning digital rights, privacy, and cyber laws. He has appeared before the courts in multiple cases including Anti-Terrorism matters, handling a wide range of criminal, civil, and family law matters before both lower courts and the High Court. With a strong courtroom presence and a commitment to justice, he continues to navigate complex legal challenges with diligence and expertise.

After earning his LL.B from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad in 2023, he has continued to grow both academically and professionally, now pursuing a Master's degree in English to strengthen his communication and analytical skills. Known for his serious commitment to justice and client service, he has independently handled a diverse range of legal matters, including cases involving the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and cooperative sectors. In addition to his courtroom advocacy, Mr. Adnan is actively involved in legal research and writing, with particular interest in issues related to NAB, criminal procedure, and civil litigation.
